Rosa Foundation, in partnership with Adventist Community Restoration Center Director Cedric Parker, collaborated to distribute over 500 winter coats in a variety of kid and adult sizes, in addition to giving out over a hundred food boxes. 100 face coverings were donated to a back-to-school supply drive hosted by the I Am a Queen organization.

During the pandemic, the Rosa Foundation showed appreciation by providing hot lunches to the Short-Stay Surgical Nursing Staff at Cone Health.
